This experience is designed to build a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and problem-solving while taking on real responsibility within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Rotate across departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of operations Support and implement improvements to operational processes Work on cross-functional projects with measurable impact Analyze key metrics and contribute to performance improvement Build leadership, communication, and analytical skills through real-world experience Reporting Structure: You will report to Office Managers and collaborate directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on select projects, gaining exposure to leadership decision-making and business strategy. Career Path: This program is designed as a pathway into leadership. High-performing participants will have the opportunity to grow into roles such as: Office Manager Business Team Leader Clinical Team Leader Based on performance and organizational needs.
