This includes diverse facilitation beyond program delivery.    - Use data-informed decision making and evaluation approaches to ensure solutions are effective, evidence-based, and aligned to business needs.      For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.     About you Your strategic thinking and ability to engage stakeholders, formed across leadership development, organisational capability, or learning and development roles, will see you create impactful programs, overcome delivery challenges, and bring evidence-based practices to achieve leadership outcomes.    You’re recognised as a trusted leadership development specialist with strong design and piloting capability for leadership and capability solutions. You bring critical thinking, diverse facilitation experience beyond traditional program delivery, and a proven ability to make data informed decisions that strengthen impact and evaluation.    You’re skilled at designing programs that embed leadership behaviours, managing leadership curricula, leveraging digital technologies, and applying contemporary leadership practice to deliver innovative, enterprise solutions.
