This role is designed for individuals interested in learning the operational, strategic, and leadership aspects of a growing logistics organization. The trainee will participate in a structured development program that provides exposure to various departments, operational processes, and management practices. Through mentorship and practical training, the candidate will gain the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to grow into future supervisory or management roles within the company.
