Responsibilities Participate in comprehensive leadership training programs covering operations, team management, and strategic planning. Collaborate with department heads to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead small project teams to implement operational strategies and deliver measurable results. Develop an understanding of company policies, client management, and workflow optimization. Attend workshops, meetings, and development sessions to enhance leadership and communication skills. Support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen company performance and culture. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
