WHAT WE OFFER:

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 with placement based on experience and qualifications.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Leadership & Human Resources Service Line Lead reports directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for building and shaping Praxis Consulting’s Leadership and Human Resources practice, with a focus on delivering strategic value to external clients by addressing the people elements of business plans and strategies. The successful candidate will be energized by the opportunity to work directly with clients, analyze complex organizational challenges, and design tailored solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term impact.
This position is primarily remote and open to candidates based in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario. Preference may be given to those in Regina, SK, where a hybrid schedule at our Regina headquarters would be expected. Travel will be required as part of the role, with frequency depending on client needs, project scope, and how the practice expands across geographies, industries, and service offerings.

You are a performance-driven individual with a passion for service, learning, collaboration, and a curiosity to deepen your understanding of various business areas, industries, and clients. Not only eager to contribute, but also highly autonomous, organized, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks and streamline processes for maximum efficiency. Your ability to stay focused and structured will play a key role in delivering exceptional value to our clients and adding to the momentum of our growing company.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant strategic human resources experience with a preference for candidates with consulting experience (internal or external clients).
  • A post-secondary degree in business, leadership, human resources, organizational development, training and development, or a related discipline, with a preference for advanced degrees.
  • A CPHR designation, or an equivalent globally recognized HR credential is required for this role. Additional certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management, or ICF coaching credentials are considered assets.
  • Experience in business development is valuable, particularly in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and securing consulting work.
  • Willingness to travel, depending on client needs and the nature of project work.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrate critical thinking, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on service and proactive relationship building
