POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bimbo Canada Rise to Lead Program is our early leadership development program for talented, driven, and ambitious University graduates. This prestigious Program has been part of our history for more than 20 years and has seen graduates build phenomenal careers as well as go on to play key roles in the company’s growth and success.
The Program extends opportunities to associates to learn more about the business, develop a wider business perspective, and hone their skills by experiencing different Functional duties.
During the three years in the Program, participants rotate through three carefully selected and meaningful assignments that will develop both their leadership and functional expertise, preparing them for their future as a business leader.
Upon completion of the Program, participants are equipped to take on roles with greater responsibility and scope that will drive impact on business results regionally, nationally, and globally based on their skillset and organizational needs. Past participants of the Program have grown to become members of our Sr. Executive Team, Operational Leaders, Directors and more.
