LH 1 Wage: $28.11/H LH 2 Wage: $29.38/H Status: Full time, non-exempt Reports to: Field Supervisor Travel Requirements: 100% Schedule: 28 days on and 14 days off including evenings, holidays, and weekends Work Location: This position requires 100% travel. Work locations will vary between the Permian, Haynesville, Bakken, and Appalachia basins, as well as neighboring states. All new hire training will be based in Zelienople, PA.  Work Environment is non-traditional. Frequent trips to remote job sites will require working in a variety of potentially harsh weather conditions.   Leadhand The Leadhand position plays a key role in supporting the Operator during Hydraulic Completion Unit (HCU) operations. This position requires extensive Hydraulic Completion Unit (HCU) experience and a solid understanding of unit maintenance and operational procedures. You are responsible for mentoring crew members, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of winches, and overseeing tong maintenance to support safe, efficient, and effective field operations.   Why Choose Deep Well Services? * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits 401(k) Plan * Quarterly safety bonus * High pressure and progression bonus * Career growth opportunities * Paid travel and training * Per diem * PPE provided * Wellness programs including telehealth and Employee Assistance Program * Discounted reduced gym membership rates   Duties * Perform and execute HCU operations in compliance with company and industry standards. * Inspect and maintain rigging tools and equipment including the removal of any items not meeting safety standards. * Ensure all connections, pins, bolts, and nuts are secure and properly torqued. * Ensure tongs and winches are properly maintained and in good working order. * Verify safety equipment, guards, and PPE are functional and in their proper locations. * Implement lockout/tagout procedures and bleed pressure from equipment before maintenance. * Assist with commission and inspection and complete required corrective actions. * Mentor and train roughnecks and greenhats. Communicate clearly with other team members and supervisors when performing tasks. * Other duties as assigned by management. Skills & Abilities Education:  High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience) Experience: Several years of standalone snubbing (HCU) experience required and: * Can proficiently run tongs and winches. * Able to lead a crew and designated roughnecks on tasks to be performed throughout the shift * Strong knowledge of rigging, winches, tongs, Hydraulic Completion Unit (HCU) operations. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Comfortable working in all weather conditions and high-pressure environments.
