Leading Automotive Technician/Senior Mechanic
We are a Nationwide Vehicle Reseller that has celebrated over 10 years in business.
We require an experienced Leading technician senior mechanic to work in our mechanical department to carry out various repairs to our customer’s vehicles.

Duties:

• Brake and steering repairs
• Small electrical repairs
• Suspension repairs
• Interior repairs
• Repairs to running gear
• Diagnosing of faults and scanning for issues
• General mechanical work as required.

The successful applicants will need the following skills:

• Experience in mechanical repairs of over 5 years
• Be able to work well with in a team environment.
• Be honest and reliable.
• Be self motivated and efficient in work procedures.
• Be quick and accurate when carrying out duties.
• Experience with Hybrid Vehicles and European Vehicles advantageous
• Have good communication skills, listen and follow instructions, be able to fill in paperwork accurately.
• Be punctual and be able to work extra hours when required.
• Have a clean New Zealand Drivers License.

Hours of work are 8.00am to 5.30pm, overtime is required at times.Pay: $30-35 per hou
