What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Managing an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites Capture KPI’s and Estate Upkeep work performance metrics Provide asset condition data Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery What You’ll Bring Trade Certificate (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical) General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision Working knowledge of asset compliance / management techniques Building Maintenance Leadership Certification. (Desirable) QLD /NSW Trade license for discipline. Current Open Driver’s Licence. Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
