Primary purpose of position As a leading hand you will support the Supervisors in providing additional frontline leadership by supporting and guiding a team of professionals in their day-to-day tasks. You will be motivational and lead by example while you and your team maintain the Port’s installations, floating, static, heavy and light plant and equipment to ensure that they can all be operated safely and efficiently giving a positive return on capital investment. You will encourage and promote a positive safety culture by exemplifying high safety ethics and embracing the Port’s Zero Harm philosophy.
