• Experience in a similar role and demonstrated knowledge of Pasteurizing process would be well regarded
• Strong team leadership &ability to coach& mentor operators on shift
• Ability to plan and organise daily shift operations
• Co-ordinate and delegate tasks to ensure shifts run smoothly
• Show initiative and innovative ways to problem solve
• Lead and work within a teamwork environment
• Ensures all occupational health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure compliance of Fresh Milk to all relevant QMS policies & procedures
• Participate in Food Safety (HACCP) Reviews & Maintain a high hygiene protocol
