We’re on the lookout for someone from within our team to step into the role of Leading Hand in Mosgiel. As a Leading Hand, you will assist with the planning, directing and coordination of our operations while maintaining day-to-day requirements in conjunction with Operation Managers. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to improve performance, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. • Make sure safety is always our top priority.
• Represent management where appropriate and act as a liaison to ensure information follows to tiers of responsibilities.
• Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor team performance and competencies and give feedback to Management on request.
• Assist Management with training and development of team members.
• Foster a client focused working environment, with clear responsibilities and expectations for team members.
