As a Leading Hand, you will assist with the planning, directing and coordination of our operations while maintaining day-to-day requirements in conjunction with Operation Managers. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to improve performance, and efficiency through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Operational Managers to keep things running smoothly.
  • Be the go-to person for your fellow team members, offering support and guidance.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to boost our performance and efficiency.
  • Make sure safety is always our top priority.
  • Represent management where appropriate and act as a liaison to ensure information follows to tiers of responsibilities.
  • Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor team performance and competencies and give feedback to Management on request.
  • Assist Management with training and development of team members.
  • Foster a client focused working environment, with clear responsibilities and expectations for team members.
