We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our Machine Rebuilds Workshop in a full-time, permanent role based near Perth Airport. If you’re passionate about heavy equipment and ready to lead a high-performing team, this is your opportunity to work on CAT 793 overhauls and other mobile equipment repairs in a modern, well-equipped facility.

• Leadership Opportunity: Take charge of rebuild projects and guide a team of experienced tradespeople.
• Specialised Work: Focus on Caterpillar 793D/C truck overhauls and other large-scale mobile equipment repairs.
• Modern Facilities: Fully undercover workshop with dedicated rebuild bays, fabrication, wash pad, sandblast and paint shop, component workshop, and warehouse.
• Convenient Location: Based near Perth Airport – no FIFO required.
