LEADING HAND LANDSCAPER

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Landscaper to join our growing team in Hobart.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with practical landscaping experience who’s ready to step up and guide a small team on-site.

Pay: $31.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

• Leading day-to-day operations on landscaping job sites
• Supervising and working alongside labourers to complete projects including Hardscape construction and Softscape installation
• Delegating tasks and ensuring timely project progress
• Working with the Project Manager on schedules, materials, and budget estimation
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and according to plans
• Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a clean job site
