THE ROLE

SRG Global is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Leading Hand on a permanent full-time basis located in Gladstone, QLD.
This is an opportunity for a dedicated individual to assist the Construction Manager in ensuring our project is met with client expectations and within SRG Global’s high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversea and coordinate daily tasks by providing clear technical direction to ensure high-quality output
• Act as the team’s first port of call for advice and assistance with interpersonal and safety issues/incidents on site
• Ensure all personnel have the fit for purpose tooling and knowledge required to carry out tasks
• Complete shift reports as per site requirement as well as completing daily worksheets and other daily reporting
• Maintain an awareness of project budget requirements
