As a Leading Hand, you will assist in coordinating site-based activities, delegating tasks and responsibilities from the Supervisor, as well as taking overall accountability for our workforce.
Our HQ is in Newcastle and our footprint is the wider Hunter Valley, with a preference for local candidates, we also invite interstate candidates to apply.
Our projects can be quite regional in nature and will require DIDO - LAFHA and relevant allowances will be offered in these situations although we are slowly building on a local workbook. Flexibility with regional travel is still needed for this role.
