The Leadman ensures operational continuity by coordinating with logistics, maintenance, and operations teams, monitoring equipment performance, and verifying compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). He plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, preventing losses, and promoting a culture of safety and discipline within the terminal and refilling plant. What will YOU do? Coordinate terminal and refilling plant operations with logistics, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure smooth, safe, and continuous LPG unloading, storage, and filling activities Monitor LPG unloading, storage, and refilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standard operating procedures Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards to prevent accidents, product losses, and regulatory violations Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address equipment issues and prevent operational downtime Prepare daily operation plans and manpower assignments to ensure efficient workflow and proper task distribution Coordinate with HES officers to uphold safety and compliance during daily activities Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of LPG products Reconcile LPG product inventory records to ensure accuracy between physical and system data Reconcile refilling production output and defective cylinder returns to ensure proper recording and control of cylinder movements What will YOU need? Responsibilities
