What You'll Do: You'll be the kind of person who: Research and compile comprehensive lists of prospects using online databases, social platforms, and public data sources. Automate lead generation processes with tools like web scrapers, API integrations, and CRM systems to gather contact details efficiently. Enrich prospect data with additional details such as emails, phone numbers, and company insights using verification tools. Maintain and update lead databases to ensure data accuracy, compliance with privacy regulations, and removal of duplicates. Develop and optimize prospecting scripts or filters for consistent data extraction across multiple channels. Generate detailed reports on lead volumes, quality metrics, and automation performance to support team decisions. Monitor and refine automation workflows to maximize efficiency and scale prospecting efforts. Requirements What You Bring: We're looking for someone who: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in leads generation, data prospecting, or sales development. Proficiency in lead generation tools such as Hunter.io, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms. Strong skills in automation software like Zapier, Make.com, or custom scripting for data workflows. Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive for data management and integration. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data quality and identify prospecting trends. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance in handling sensitive data. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume data tasks effectively.
