To strengthen our Leaf & Blends team we are looking for a Leaf & Blends Coordinator (m/f/d) in temporary employment.

• Support planning and tracking of L&B (Leaf & Blends) project activities in line with BSD (Blend Specification Database) timeline
• Coordinate communication regarding project activities and alignment across Leaf & Blends (JT/JTI) and other R&D teams, documenting key actions.
• Collect, process, and evaluate data from SAP, Excel, and other sources to support project decisions
• Participate in impact evaluation of L&B (Leaf & Blends) tools and processes, and contribute to defining and implementing issue resolution actions
• Manage project documentation and ensure timely, accurate submissions using required formats
• Oversee SAP testing and Go-Live activities in production environment, including test execution and follow-up
• Guide and support team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth
