SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort and experience in talking to a wide range of audiences over telephone and email communication
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders via remote communication (phone/email)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Passion for delivering excellent service and ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Extensive business to business customer service delivery
  • Expertise in the effective management of third parties (contractors)
  • Understanding of safety systems of work and their criticality (RAMs)
  • Fully IT literate and competent in the use of MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or above) or equivalent including Maths

Responsibilities

Wave’s Water Efficiency Services team is tasked with delivering a range of value adding and ancillary services to help Wave’s business customers reduce their water consumption and play their part to address water scarcity and adapt to climate change.
We have a rare opportunity to join this small but industry leading team within Wave as a Leakage Find and Fix Co-ordinator. You’ll play a pivotal role in the delivery of our nationwide Leakage Find and Fix (LFAF) service Wave’s customers, helping them eliminate water waste through the detection and repair of customer side leaks. The service is one of our premier Active Water Management® services and is critical to the current and future success of the Water Efficiency Services team (no pressure!).
