Lesaffre – Working together to better nourish and protect the planet Job Description As a member of our Technical team, you will lead all Lean related activities at our plant in Hungary by Educating and introducing Lean culture and tools to our employees and their leaders Carrying out the tasks and measurements required for the introduction and extension of Lean, drawing conclusions, proposing improvements and directions, managing their implementation Participation in industrial development projects, active support of industrial strategy Monitoring of LEAN development through audits Qualifications Relevant university or college degree At least 3 years of comprehensive, professional experience in lean/ operational excellence / continuous improvement Fluency in English and in Hungarian Independent implementation and project management experience Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills Excellent sense of communication and collaboration with blue collar employees Facilitation skill Lean experience gained in automotive industry is advantage TPM knowledge is advantage Experience in production in FMCG or in process industry is advantage
Responsibilities
Lead all Lean related activities at the plant in Hungary. Educate employees on Lean culture and tools, manage implementation, and monitor Lean development through audits.
