Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the deployment of the Lean / Continuous Improvement strategy in our Bath Factory.
Reporting to the Lean Manager and collaborating with the Regional Lean Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing the Site Transformation Plan. This position aims to drive holistic and sustainable improvements in our business performance while coaching employees and management in structured Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
This role will suit a dynamic individual who enjoys engaging stakeholders and employees to drive improvement

Qualifications

  • Understanding of improvement / Lean philosophy
  • A practical and “hands on” business improvement professional
  • Data driven with a proven track record in successful and sustainable business improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven presentation skills, including use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good foundation of engineering principles and know-how
  • Coaching and training experience
  • Manufacturing environment experience desirable
