Your tasks:

• Identification, planning and implementation of projects to increase productivity 
• Development and implementation of standards for continuous improvement in cooperation between production, quality and logistics 
• Definition of suitable key performance indicators for measuring and evaluating optimization measures 
• Further development of existing Lean methods such as shop floor management, 6S and value stream analysis
• Establishing a lean culture at all organizational levels
• Coordination with relevant departments and direct reporting to plant management
• Participation in cross-site Lean initiatives and training of employees in Lean methods

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, e.g. Lean Manager (m/f/d) or TPM Manager (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge of common Lean methods and experience in their practical application 
• Experience in project management and in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Structured, analytical work style as well as strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality
• Communication and moderation skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels
• Good English skills
