QUALIFICATIONS:

This individual must be action oriented, capable of developing a strategic plan but willing to roll up their sleeves and work out in the plant to deliver the plan. It requires a well rounded individual who understands manufacturing, production planning, engineering, and finance. A working knowledge of ISO, and Lean manufacturing is also required. The candidate must possess excellent communication, persuasion, decision, analytical, and management skills. A 4 year technical degree is preferred.
