What You'll Be Doing✅ Leading the implementation and application of lean manufacturing principles, methodologies, and best practices.✅ Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and process performance.✅ Coaching, training, and mentoring managers, team leaders, and operational teams in lean tools and techniques.✅ Facilitating workshops and improvement activities to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable results.✅ Collaborating with stakeholders across production and support functions to ensure consistent standards and best practice adoption.✅ Using data and analytical problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

• What We're Looking For✔ Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.✔ Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, tools, and continuous improvement principles.✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.✔ Experience facilitating workshops and leading improvement projects.✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.✔ A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments.
