About the program The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year's students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success. The Strategy and Operational Excellence Team, drive the Strategy and Lean Improvement across Global Procurement. We look after processes and performance for a Global Function with around 600 FTE. General requirements Education: Student in business /management data/analytics, engineering, finance, mathematics, t, or life sciences (final years preferred). Process awareness (Engineer) Analytical Thinker Good communication, both English and Polish Language Some Lean experience or Process Improvement - nice to have ​Key details Eligibility: Final year students and recent graduates. Please review the specific requirements for each role. Duration: 3 months, starting in July. Working model: Hybrid, with partial on‑site presence. Selection process: Application review against objective criteria, HireVue video responses, then a remote meeting with the recruiting team. Timeline: Apply by 21 March 2026. Results by mid-April.
