We’re looking for a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who shares our values and can elevate our performance across borders and teams.

• In this strategic Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt role, you will:
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives that align with Terberg’s customer-focused values and strategy supported by the OGSM methodology.
• Train, coach, energize and mentor Green and Black Belts to create a pipeline of problem-solving talent.
• Promoting and safeguarding the lean six sigma methodology by, among other things, ensuring the quality of the review board meetings.
• Facilitate data-driven decisions that improve quality, reduce lead times and foster innovation.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities and measure success
• Collaborate across sites and cultures, creating a unified approach to continuous improvement.
• Make a lasting mark by building capability, trust, and operational excellence throughout the business embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
