An international manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Lean Transformation Manager to lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Lean not from PowerPoint presentations, but from the production floor. Location: Delémont, Switzerland Your Mission Conduct value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas Design, implement and sustain Lean transformation strategies aligned with business objectives Lead cross-functional process improvement projects Train and coach teams on Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.) Analyse performance data and present measurable results to stakeholders Define and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement Partner with leadership to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively What We’re Looking For Proven ability to build and implement a Lean program from the ground up Strong hands-on experience with Lean tools (Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) Solid track record in manufacturing environments Demonstrated leadership and project management skills Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams Analytical mindset with strong communication skills Team-oriented, open-minded and pragmatic approach Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Lean principles in manufacturing Lean / Six Sigma certification (Black Belt strongly preferred) Fluent English and French (both used daily in professional context) What’s Offered Permanent full-time position Varied responsibilities in a fast-growing international environment Flat hierarchies and direct communication Stable employment conditions Targeted professional training Supportive and collaborative working atmosphere
