JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team that is a Level 2 Swim England Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching swimming and a strong background in sports coaching. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages and skill levels in swimming techniques, safety practices, and water confidence. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their swimming goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• You Must have a level 2 swim England qualification for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A thorough understanding of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
• Certification in lifeguarding or first aid is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A genuine passion for educating others and promoting a healthy lifestyle through swimming.

Experience:

Work Location: In perso

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities.
• Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of each student.
• Educate students on water safety, swimming techniques, and personal fitness.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants during lessons.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall swimming programme.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop coaching skills and knowledge.
