About the role In this role, you will support the day-to-day coordination of the Learn to Swim program, assisting teachers, organising class allocations and ensuring a safe, positive experience for children and families participating in aquatic education. Key responsibilities include: * Support the Learn to Swim Coordinator in delivering a high-quality, safe and engaging Learn to Swim program. * Provide guidance and support to Learn to Swim teachers to ensure consistent program delivery and positive participant experiences. * Allocate and program children into appropriate classes and instructors based on skill level and program requirements. * Assist with the rostering and coordination of Learn to Swim staff to ensure effective program coverage. * Monitor and support teacher performance in collaboration with the Learn to Swim Coordinator. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks including squad groups, pool bookings and other program activities. About you To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of Learn to Swim programs and a passion for delivering safe, engaging aquatic education. You will bring excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to support and guide teaching staff, and the flexibility to work across a range of shifts. Essential Experience: * Swim Teaching Certificate, plus relevant extension courses. * Provide First Aid including CPR. * Working with Children Check.
