We have a vacancy for Learner Services Administrator to provide learner support to the Croydon Adult Learning and Training (CALAT) service at Strand House, Thornton Heath.
Whilst based at the office detailed above, the breadth of service areas that the administrator covers does mean that the successful Officer may be required to work at any Council Office within the borough of Croydon such as the CALAT centre at New Addington, Clock tower and Strand House in Thornton Heath.
CALAT provides a customer facing service to adult learners in Croydon and we are looking for an Administrator who have a real interest in adult learning and who feel they can make a contribution to help to support this area of service delivery with front customer facing support and back office/data entry support. Some evening or weekend work may be required to support learners via a rota.
The environment is fast-paced and demanding and the successful candidates will be able to work well in a team but who can also work successfully on their own projects. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they are self- motivated and self-starters.

Full time – 8.45am to 4.30pm, 36 hours per week, Permanent
