Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for a confident and experienced Learner Support Manager to lead safeguarding, SEND, ALS, exams, and wellbeing provision at Access Sport College.

As LSM, you’ll take the lead on:

• Safeguarding, SEND and pastoral support
• Managing high-needs funding and EHCP reviews
• Planning and timetabling learning support
• Delivering in-class support and coordinating ALS provision
• Acting as Exams Officer (with a Deputy for support)

You’ll work closely with local authorities, multi-agency teams and internal colleagues to ensure effective support is in place for all learners. You’ll also support inductions, oversee training on support processes, and ensure learning progress is well-documented.
