Sanlam Corporate specializes in the provision of health, consulting, risk, investment and administration services to institutions and retirement funds. Focused on meetig the unique needs of its diverse clients, Sanlam Corporate assists companies in creating and delivering customized employee benefits solutions, including the collection of premiums and communication of fund members.
Sanlam Corporate is one of the largest businesses within the Sanlam Group. Sanlam is a leading financial services group, originally established as a life insurance company in 1918. The Sanlam Group conducts its business through Sanlam Limited, the corporate head office and four business clusters. The corporate head office is responsible for the Groups’ centralized functions such as strategic direction, financial and risk management, marketing and communications, Group human resources and corporate social investment (CSI). The five business clusters include SA Life & Savings (Retail Affluent, Retail Mass, Sanlam Corporate), Fintech, Sanlam Investments, Sanlam Emerging Markets and Santam.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a South African citizen
• Must not currently be employed
• Must not hold a tertiary qualification
• Must be aged between 18 and 35 years
• Must have passed Grade 12 Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy / Accounting and English with a minimum mark of 50% each
• Must have a good command of English (read, write and speak fluently)
• Be willing to commit to complete the 12-month Programme, which includes a full qualification, a Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4
• Have a clear criminal and credit record
• Have access to reliable transport

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Acquire knowledge of company products, services and operational processes and systems
• Attend classroom-based lessons
• Complete practical onsite training
• Assemble a Portfolio of Evidence to submit to InSeta
• Fill out logbooks for workplace-based learning
• Pass and complete the required level in formative and summative assessments
• Carry out tasks and duties as contracted with your manager
