Address and provide guidance on immediate learning requests; triage learning requests to assess which interventions will be appropriate (not always relying on training to address a need) Monitor the delivery of the learning agenda through a learning calendar in partnership with the Learning Delivery Team. Adjust the plan depending on new information/learning needs. Role Exposure:  In partnership with the HRBP, establish a learning agenda for the business being supported.  Build a learner profile for the business and help create a competence framework to aid in talent development. Drive the learning management cycle and ensure connection between learning interventions and business goals   Qualifications: At least 5 years in the learning function Knowledgeable in Learning Needs Analysis (ADDIE), Adult Learning Principles Experience in Data Analytics & Insight Generation Human-centered Design Organization Development Background   Other Details: Rank: Junior Officer Business Unit: Human Resources Management Group / Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Division / Learning and Development Department
