Job Description Purpose: The Learning Administrator is responsible for providing first-line support and efficient resolution of Training and Learning services requests using the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ServiceNow, Xyleme and other ticketing systems. The role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, SLA measurements and adherence through effective communication, timely response, and accurate ticket management. The Administrator is responsible for resolving service requests, conducting system administration, obtaining system reports and drafting a collated daily, weekly and monthly report. Qualifications Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a Learning function Previous mining Industry, Learning administration an advantage. Strong customer service and communication skills. Interact confidently with stakeholders to understand, diagnose, service and communicate issues or services. Ability to understand the process of receiving, validating, managing, routing and monitoring of service queries. Facilitates easy collaboration with stakeholders within the team and client. Must have experience operating in a client facing or similar role. Experience in drafting and presenting documentation to stakeholders. The ability to collate data for reporting purposes and the ability to draft reports and present to stakeholders. Project management MS Office a must Qualifications: Matric A diploma or certification in Project management and/or administration is an advantage.
