The Training Administrator administers the client learning management system (LMS) and provides administrative and logistical support for the Middle East training program for the client.
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of prescribed activities that support training delivery and reporting, for our client.
The Training Administrator is one of the primary users of the LMS, called TMSi. TMSi is used to schedule training courses, enroll learners, and record completion of training.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Provision of ongoing business support to training participants: hot line for the participants / dealers: Pre-requisites to trainings, logistics etc.
  • Manages training registration, administration, and participants
  • Books and allocates training venue/rooms
  • Sharing training offerings and sessions to the retailers and inform that classes are live and available for registration
  • Aligns with trainers on meeting links for virtual trainings, cars, tools, room requirements etc.
  • Ensures calendar and meeting link invitation is sent and registration review
  • Communicates participant handbooks and any other information
  • Overall Training Logistics
  • Regular follow up enrolments / withdrawals and act directly with importers
  • Online/Off-line training set-up (e.g. preparation of training equipment, cars, moderation kits, digital studio and tools such as streaming,

surveys, VCT, etc.)

  • Training facilitation (e.g. supporting trainers with moderation of training activities and facilitation when and if required)
  • Update TMSi details of importers – MFC, Hiring Details, Brand

QUALIFICATIONS

  • comprehensive experience in project administration
  • Basic understanding of automotive industry distribution structure and retail dealership operations
  • Work experience as a professional service provider to automotive OEMs, preferably training or consulting.
  • Appreciation of decision-making processes and lines of influence within large automotive corporates
  • Preferred previous experience administering a Learning Management System. (client system is currently Cornerstone, branded TMSi)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to consistently follow and adhere to established processes
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple competing tasks
  • Skilled and efficient in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven ability to problem solve and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong working relationship with customers
  • Financially literate
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written across all cultures.
