QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Experience in coordination/administrative service or related field
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Attention to detail and must be customer focused
  • Ability to be flexible amid changing environment
  • MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling, planning and coordinating the logistics of global training events
  • Monitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled courses
  • Manage large scale data in excel
  • Analyzing feedback and creating impact reports
  • Support customer questions related to training offerings
  • Identify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiency
  • Participate in meetings as required
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
