Travel on a reasonably regular basis within Australia will be required to facilitate employee development workshops.   Reporting into the Global Employee Development Manager, the Learning Advisor will support the implementation and execution of employee development workshops, programs and adhoc projects, including content design and support, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).   Key Responsibilities include:   Execute and facilitate face to face and virtual workshops and programs contained within the Employee Development Guide, specifically building personal capability in skills including but not limited to time management, communication, emotional intelligence, difficult conversations and team effectiveness. Provide administrative and organizational support for the workshops and programs including but not limited to organizing training emails, venues, catering, assessment tools, printing participant guides, and confirmation of participants and registrations. Working alongside key stakeholders to understand, develop and deliver upon learning solutions to build employee capability. Record completion of learning and personal development on the LMS and assist in providing reports to assist in the compliance and record keeping. Provide project management support to the global team and provide support with content creation and governance. Update and refresh the Employee Development Guide. Interstate travel will be a major requirement for this role as will the need to join morning team meetings with Nth American colleagues.   About You:   Tertiary qualifications with a preference in training or human resources A minimum of three years of administration, organization and delivery of face-to-face and virtual personal skills workshops or programs in a business environment Preference for experience in delivering learning in communication, time management, emotional intelligence, customer service, team effectiveness. Knowledge of and experience in working with learning management systems Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong administrative and planning skills Certifications in training tools such as DiSC, Emotional Intelligence or a willingness to obtain Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Strong computer literacy skills, ideally with experience in some or all of the following systems; MS Teams & Outlook, SAP SuccessFactors, Canva, Powerpoint or other design tools.   Why work for us?  A competitive remuneration and benefits package Purchased leave scheme benefits.
