ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join the ICC Sydney People & Culture team who can support in delivering the people agenda in the role of full-time Learning and Development Administrator, People Operations.
As Learning and Development Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all L&D related needs, ensuring all team members are made to feel welcome and attended to in a prompt and efficient manner. The Learning and Development Administrator supports the delivery and coordination of ICC Sydney’s learning and development initiatives. This role ensures smooth execution of training programs, maintains compliance records, reporting and facilitates the onboarding and induction processes to enhance employee engagement and operational competency.
The role is suited to a current (or studying) HR professional with exposure to HR or L&D administration, facilitation and programming of learning events across a fast paced and dynamic business. You will be a confident communicator as well as comfortable in Microsoft suite. Being familiar with digital platforms and systems would support you in being successful for this role.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Experience in learning administration and programming
  • Experience as a HR administrator
  • 0 – 2 years in a similar role
    Additionally, you will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, a demonstrated commitment to your career in Human Resources, with a desire to be part of one of the largest and most innovative events business’s in Australia. To succeed, you will have a passion for getting results, strong attention to detail and a design focus with a strong service attitude, and well-developed and polished communication skills.
