Description

Nano Fibre UK are looking for a new L & D Administrator to support the coordination, administration, and delivery of all training and development activities across the organisation. The Learning & Development Administrator will ensure accurate records, efficient scheduling, and strong communication with employees, training providers, and internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in a training, HR or L&D environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience maintaining records and handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with compliance-based or technical training (e.g., utilities, construction, fibre installation)
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in training administration
  • Occasional travel to training sites or depots may be required
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external training courses, including booking venues, accommodation and attendees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Liaise with external training providers, obtaining course details, quotes, and managing bookings.
  • Distribute training materials, joining instructions, and evaluations to learners.
  • Monitor attendance and completion of mandatory and role-specific training.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) or E-learning platforms (e.g., BrightSafe/BrightHR).
  • Coordination, distribution and monitoring accreditation certificates.
  • Prepare training reports and statistics for HR and management.
  • Ensure timely recertification/re-accreditation for statutory training.
  • Raise purchase orders and process training-related invoices in accordance with finance procedures.
