We are seeking a structured Learning & Development Administrator to join our HR team at business area Surveillance. You will play an important role to enable a good user experience and support the business.

Your main tasks will be:

• Administer the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Workday Learning
• Monitor reoccurring issues and provide proactive assistance
• Responsible for updating and troubleshooting all in-house Workday Learning issues and other learning related issues
• Responsible for create and manage the overall course structure and set up course programs based on specifications from the organization
• Be Surveillance representative in cross-boarder collaborations together with other Learning Administrators at Saab
• Actively contribute to a positive user experience and a common culture of continuous learning

Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Your profile
You are a person who is well structured and accurate. You enjoy working in teams as well as working individually. You have the ability to take initiative, priorities and manage own workload, to ensure effective support and administration. You like to work with system related issues and problem-solving tasks.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
• Communicating effectively across different units, countries and cultures
• Strong interest in and good ability to use systems
• Experience from an administrative and supportive role, preferably within the Learning and Development or HR area
• Experience from Workday and Service Now is highly advantageous but not required
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• A team player with energy and drive

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
