Responsibilities

The Learning and Development Administrator will:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties for the L&D function.
  • Coordinate and promote training sessions in collaboration with other trainers.
  • Organise the firm’s weekly training schedule and manage CPD information flow.
  • Manage external course bookings and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer and update the L&D site on the intranet.
  • Assist in setting up and running training events smoothly.
  • Support flagship development programmes and organise induction programmes for new starters.
