Description
Overview The Learning and Development Advanced Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies to improve performance and efficiencies in CX and CX OPEX. Responsibilities YOU will be involved in the following tasks: Create and execute global Learning and Development strategy. Executing training programs to fulfill specific needs to learn, maintain or improve job responsibilities and skills. Assessing training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with CX/CXE managers and team leaders, instructors, and other CX stakeholders. Conducting function-wide training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks to identify skill gaps and recommend effective training solutions to close those gaps. Designing, creating, organizing, planning, and presenting various forms of onboarding, job specific, system and skills training for CX/OPEX employees and other CX stakeholders using a variety of instructional techniques/systems. Identify internal process improvement possibilities identified through onboarding training. Creating engaging learning activities, practices and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer. Creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.) Working with subject matter experts to write learning objectives and develop knowledge assessments. Mapping training plans and coordinating training schedules. Identify global process standardization opportunities and participate in standardization efforts. Coordinating/arranging logistics for training such as scheduling classes, setting up facilities, systems and equipment, and coordinating instructors and enrollment. Marketing available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions. Maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of assessments, and retraining requirements. Assessing training materials prepared by instructors or subject matter experts. Evaluating program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Developing and maintaining KPI’s related to learning and development by measuring training curriculum to applied learning and stakeholder feedback. Build and manage training documentation program and policies. Learning Management System and SharePoint administration. Facilitating super user program within region. Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
