Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the recent growth of our Firm, we are searching for a skilled Learning and Development Adviser to join our growing People and Culture team. This role will be to advise and coordinate the development and implementation of L&D programs throughout the firm and will involve working closely with the P&C team across other areas of the employment lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to our People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead the L&D program of the firm in line with EVP and Firm strategy.
  • Manage, oversee and facilitate new start on-boarding inductions and firmwide training.
  • Manage coaching and mentoring programs as well as leadership design programs.
  • Manage succession planning and promotion pathway programs.
