In this hands-on and varied role, you'll create highly interactive learning content, support the rollout of both digital and face-to-face learning experiences, and help drive the ongoing success of our learning platforms. You’ll also provide support for our Traineeship and Apprenticeship programs, and be the go-to person for maintaining and reporting on training records and compliance across the business. If you’ve got 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role, a keen eye for design, and you know your way around eLearning authoring tools (Articulate preferred), we’d love to hear from you. Bonus points if you’ve used video editing or animation tools (like Vyond), have a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, or are familiar with adult learning principles – but none of these are essential. What is essential? A creative mindset, a love for clean, engaging content, and the confidence to facilitate learning in a fun and meaningful way. You’ll need to be highly organised and tech-literate, with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities.
