About the role We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed term, full time basis. We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Learning & Development Advisor to support the rollout of targeted training programs as part of Elders' SysMod Microsoft D365 transformation. Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Change and Capability Lead, you’ll play a vital role in designing, delivering, and coordinating learning experiences—both face-to-face and virtual—for Elders’ national network. This role will also provide operational support with our Workday Learning Management System (LMS) and help ensure training aligns with change initiatives and business goals. Responsibilities Support the design and delivery of engaging learning content aligned with the SysMod learning strategy. Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials, scripts, and session resources. Coordinate and facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, including Train the Trainer support. Maintain and administer Workday LMS functions, including uploading courses and managing playlists. Assist with the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning programs via feedback and reporting. Provide reporting and logistical support for training delivery and attendance tracking. Act as the first point of contact for bespoke training requests, managing discovery conversations and triaging appropriately. About you Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) and have several years’ experience in L&D. Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps for project and code management Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Familiar with Articulate Suite for e-learning content creation and development Strong experience in facilitating both face-to-face and virtual training sessions. Skilled in using Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms for training coordination and administration. Confident in stakeholder engagement and able to build strong working relationships across diverse teams. Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, and time-management skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and contributing to change initiatives. Experience in instructional design and understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
