ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be a hands-on trainer and facilitator, delivering engaging learning for our frontline on-site teams and supporting head office induction. From customer service and collaborative working to role-specific essentials, you will run a blend of in-person workshops and live webinars, creating learning that is practical, interactive and immediately useful on the job.

Based from home with an average of 2 to 3 days each week in London, you will plan and facilitate sessions, design new workshops, and partner with colleagues and subject matter experts to keep our learning offer fresh and relevant. The Principal will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Tower Hamlets and Hackney campuses, driving curriculum excellence, quality improvement, student success and stakeholder engagement. Working as a member of the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will help lead one of the most dynamic and diverse further education groups in the country.
