DESCRIPTION

Title: Learning and Development Advisor.
Discipline: Business Services
Location: London (With Hybrid Working)

• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and senior stakeholders to identify and place graduate recruits.
• Managing the graduate ‘pool’ to ensure that graduates are provided with meaningful career development whilst meeting business needs.
• Management of the apprenticeship levy and working with the L&D Manager to ensure that RLB get best value from the levy.
• Liaison with professional institutions, apprenticeship providers and external providers to ensure alignment with external competencies and development schemes.Management of the work experience process.
• Work with the L&D Manager to define and roll out the process.
