We are currently recruiting 2 positions - 1 x full time permanent and 1 x part time 25 hours per week fixed term contract position. We are seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Business Administrators to work in our Learning and Development team. You will be working within a small team supporting all areas of the council with their training and development needs.

  • Day to day you will be responsible for all management of both internal and external courses as well as the administration of our Learning Management System.
  • You will need good communication and organisation skills as you will be coordinating a wide variety of training requests and processes from all areas of the business.
  • There will also be an opportunity to get involved in other areas within the team including apprenticeship coordination, work experience planning, e-learning creation and other HR projects.
  • Experience of coordinating training is preferable although not essential.
  • Communication skills and the ability to be flexible within the workplace and prioritise is essential as we work in a fast paced ever changing environment

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
