About the Role OpenWorks is looking for a Contract Learning & Development Professional to help shape and deliver high-impact programs that support our 2026 People Strategy and Talent Lifecycle. This is a project-based role (12–16 weeks, with potential for extension) focused on creating engaging, consistent, and scalable learning experiences for employees across the organization. The immediate priority will be launching a refreshed new hire orientation program, with additional opportunities to support leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. What You’ll Do Design and launch a refreshed 90-day onboarding and orientation program with clear milestones and manager/mentor involvement. Create engaging e-learning and self-paced modules in Schoox LMS, including modules focused on values, compliance, and culture training. Refresh and enhance the Leadership Development Program, including content for leading people, change, and operations. Develop tools and resources, such as coaching guides, IDP templates, and manager toolkits, that enable leaders to apply The OpenWorks Way. Build and standardize Lattice templates to support reviews, IDPs, and career pathways. Establish surveys, KPIs, and dashboards to measure onboarding, leadership development, and engagement outcomes. Ensure consistency and integration across platforms (Schoox, Lattice, Predictive Index) to support the Talent Lifecycle. Partner with HR, Sales Enablement, Employee Advisory Board, and senior leadership to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable impact. What We’re Looking For · 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development. · Proven expertise in adult learning principles, content design, and project management. · Hands-on experience with Schoox LMS (required), plus familiarity with Lattice and Predictive Index. · Strong ability to create toolkits, resources, and evaluation frameworks that drive adoption and impact. · Collaborative, values-driven, and able to model The OpenWorks Way. · Organized and adaptable, with a track record of delivering multiple projects on time and with quality.
